YOUR MISSION
To take full ownership of the Meta ad account and drive profitable customer acquisition across global markets. You’ll be at the heart of paid performance, turning creative into results, campaigns into revenue, and ad spend into lasting growth. WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Drive efficient acquisition at scale by managing and optimizing €500K+ in Meta ad spend across international markets, ensuring campaigns deliver profitable growth.
- Launch conversion-focused campaigns that move the needle on CAC, MER, and ROAS, while aligning with weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
- Turn creative into performance by rapidly testing hooks, formats, angles, and messaging from a high-volume pipeline of fresh content, identifying the variables that scale.
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape briefs based on data-backed learnings, ensuring every round of new assets is sharper, more relevant, and optimized for paid performance.
- Continuously iterate campaign structure and bidding strategy to unlock new scaling opportunities, maximize return, and improve spend efficiency.
- Use attribution tools and in-platform data to pull actionable insights, track full-funnel performance, and inform media strategy decisions across the funnel.
- Own the performance roadmap by proactively identifying new opportunities in audience segmentation, ad sequencing, retargeting, and budget allocation.
- Act as a key strategic partner to the marketing and growth team, contributing to new product launches, evergreen growth planning, and multi-channel expansion.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced: You’ve managed €300 - €1M+ per month in Meta ad spend for high-growth DTC brands and have a proven track record of scaling profitable paid social campaigns.
- Platform Expert: You have deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, from campaign structure and bidding to creative testing and audience segmentation.
- Data-Driven: You rely on performance data, attribution tools, and platform insights to inform decisions and guide strategy across the full acquisition funnel.
- Full-Funnel Thinker: You’ve scaled both prospecting and retargeting campaigns, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at every stage.
- Creative Collaborator: You understand the role creative plays in performance and know how to work with video editors, designers, and strategists to generate winners.
- Focused and Fast-Moving: You’re comfortable in high-volume environments, structured under pressure, and quick to identify and act on performance shifts.
- Strategic Operator: You’re outcome-oriented and proactive, always testing, learning, and refining to unlock new scale and margin.
- Independent but Aligned: You thrive in autonomy, but you communicate clearly and collaborate naturally with cross-functional teams.
