TRON is seeking a Content Marketing Manager (Video) to support the broader TRON content and marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on video production, editing, and visual storytelling, alongside general marketing, branding, and campaign support.
This role owns the execution of original video content for TRON and key executives, while also contributing to content planning, brand execution, campaign ideation, and cross-channel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer who can both execute hands-on video work and support strategic marketing efforts, operating comfortably in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)Video & Visual Content
- Own end-to-end video production for TRON and executives, including ideation, planning, filming, editing, and delivery
- Produce high-quality short-form video for X (Twitter) and TikTok, and longer-form video for campaigns, events, and storytelling
- Capture on-site content at events, interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and announcements
- Edit video with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and platform-native formatting
Marketing, Branding & Strategy Support
- Support content marketing strategy across social, campaigns, and key initiatives
- Contribute to brand storytelling, positioning, and narrative development
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns, launches, and event-related marketing
- Support social content planning, publishing workflows, and cross-channel consistency
- Collaborate with design, comms, events, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Provide creative input across visuals, messaging, and content direction
Execution & Operations
- Act as the primary execution owner for assigned content and marketing projects
- Coordinate and guide external vendors, freelancers, or production partners when needed
- Ensure all outputs align with TRON’s brand voice, tone, and visual standards
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across stakeholders
- Support real-time and rapid-turnaround content when required
- Track performance and insights to inform future content and marketing decisions
- Support ad-hoc marketing and content needs as priorities evolve
Experience You’ll Need
- 5+ years experience across content marketing, video production, or brand marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, visual storytelling, and marketing-driven content
- Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Proven ability to lead projects independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with external vendors or production teams
- Proficiency in filming and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Deep understanding of X (Twitter), TikTok, and modern content platforms
- Strong storytelling, branding, and creative instincts
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or technology is a plus
Internal Role Clarifier
This is an individual contributor role with ownership over execution and project delivery. While it does not include direct people management, the role requires leading initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and guiding external partners to ensure high-quality output aligned with TRON’s marketing and brand goals.
