This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Content Designer in United States. We are seeking a talented Content Designer to craft user-centered, impactful content that elevates the digital experience across products. This mid-level role combines UX writing, content strategy, and design thinking to create clear, intentional, and actionable content. You will collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that every user interaction is purposeful and aligned with both user goals and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and proactive, with a strong ability to balance tactical execution with strategic contributions. This position offers the opportunity to shape content across multiple platforms, contribute to design systems and style guides, and influence emerging AI-driven workflows. You will play a key role in scaling the content design discipline and championing its impact across the organization. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with PMs, product designers, engineers, and researchers to iterate and improve the content experience.
  • Define design problems and address complexities through a content lens.
  • Partner with marketing and customer education teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Demonstrate content design’s impact to collaborators and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the company’s style guide, design system, and content standards.
  • Lead content design exercises to inspire iterations and align teams.
  • Shape content strategies for accountant, fintech, and practice management experiences.
  • Support content design in AI and emerging agentic workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally in SaaS or complex digital products.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered content design work.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and researchers to shape the user experience.
  • Strong writing skills: clear, concise, and adaptable to different tones and contexts.
  • Proficiency in design thinking and strategic content planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balancing tactical deliverables with long-term strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
