What You Will Be Doing
- Champion our mission by crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that connect with K-12 decision-makers
- Architect a compelling brand voice that speaks directly to education leaders' pain points and aspirations
- Orchestrate high-impact digital campaigns across social platforms, owning everything from creative direction to performance metrics
- Craft persuasive content across multiple formats, leveraging AI tools to amplify your creative capacity
- Build our thought leadership presence through strategic speaking engagements and PR opportunities

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities Spearhead our market expansion by designing and implementing a dynamic marketing strategy that combines brand excellence with measurable lead generation, ultimately driving adoption of our MTSS platform across U.S. school districts. Basic Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of end-to-end marketing leadership
- Demonstrated success marketing to public sector audiences, particularly in education or adjacent fields
- Expert-level command of social media marketing across major platforms
- Exceptional creative abilities in writing, editing, and visual communication
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven decision-making
- Native or business-level English proficiency
