PureAmor is a premium perfume and beauty brand on a mission to bring unforgettable scents to the world. As we expand beyond Amazon into multi-channel retail, we are building a powerful influencer marketing and brand ambassador program and we need you to lead it.

You’ll have the creative freedom and strategic ownership to shape our influencer ecosystem from the ground up, supported by an on-site operations team handling product seeding, content coordination, and campaign fulfillment. Your focus will be on developing high-impact influencer and social media partnerships that drive measurable brand growth. This program will also be integrated into the PureAmor website as a long-term brand asset, showcasing our influencer community and campaign success stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for PureAmor.
• Identify, vet, and build partnerships with Instagram influencers, TikTok creators, YouTube personalities, and other relevant talent.
• Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and relationship management.
• Coordinate product gifting and content creation programs aligned with brand campaigns.
• Integrate affiliate marketing tools and track influencer campaign performance.
• Report campaign results, analyzing data to optimize for reach, engagement, and revenue.
• Oversee integration of the influencer program into the PureAmor website as a promotional and recruitment hub.

Performance Accountability

You will own the KPIs for influencer program success, including:

• Influencer recruitment and retention
• Engagement and reach
• Referral traffic
• Revenue generated through influencer-driven sales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in influencer marketing for the perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
• Track record of delivering measurable results in influencer, affiliate, or social campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in influencer relations, brand partnerships, or PR for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and data-driven approach to marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (Shopify Collabs, Refersion, Impact) is a plus.
