As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a PPC Specialist to lead our paid advertising strategies, enhance performance across key platforms, and go beyond just metrics to provide valuable insights that drive success not only for our clients but for the agency as a whole.

The Role

The PPC Specialist will be the strategic lead for our paid media channel, responsible for shaping, executing, and evolving our approach to paid advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You will be a hands-on leader, balancing campaign management with strategic oversight, mentoring the team, and developing new ways to scale client performance through innovation, automation, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the paid media channel strategy to deliver strong ROI and measurable business outcomes for clients.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop team members to strengthen skills, encourage innovation, and maintain best practices.
  • Manage and optimise high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency, scale performance, and reduce manual processes.
  • Build and maintain advanced reporting dashboards to provide clear insights for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform data-led strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO and creative teams to generate high-impact assets and provide integrated, multi-channel strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Drive new initiatives to grow the paid media channel’s contribution to agency revenue and reputation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally in an agency setting with multi-channel exposure.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic paid media plans that deliver strong commercial results.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading team members.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools, scripts, and workflow optimisation for paid media.
  • Proficiency with reporting dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to visualise campaign performance.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and at least one major social advertising platform (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Experience with eCommerce campaigns, including Google Shopping.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate paid strategies into wider marketing plans.
