THE NATURE OF THIS ROLE
This is a creation role.
Not coordination.

You will:
- Develop content concepts
- Shoot and edit content
- Produce content consistently
- Bring the brand to life visually
HOW THIS ROLE OPERATES
You will work closely with the founder.
Ideas will move quickly.
Your role is to:
- Turn ideas into content
- Maintain consistency
- Ensure output matches the brand
You are responsible for making content real.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute content ideas
- Shoot and edit video content
- Create UGC-style and native content
- Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and ads
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and style
- Identify trends and adapt them appropriately
HOW YOU WORK
You work with a high level of autonomy.
You don’t wait for direction, you understand the brand, the audience, and what will resonate, and you create accordingly.
You use tools (including AI) to move faster — but you understand content only works when it feels human.
You bring your own judgement, taste, and timing to what you create.
You care about how it lands, not just that it gets posted.
Because content isn’t generated. It connects through tone, timing, and execution.
EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITY
- Experience creating content (not just managing it)
- Strong video editing and shooting capability
- Understanding of social platforms and trends
- Ability to execute consistently
- Strong sense of taste and judgement
