Location: Remote (Must work core Eastern Time hours and travel to Atlanta, GA up to once per quarter.

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing consumer health and wellness company dedicated to innovative women's health solutions is bringing more paid media capabilities in-house. We are seeking a sharp, data-savvy Digital Media Planner to help build, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

This role is designed for someone with at least two years of hands-on agency or fast-paced paid media experience who is ready to step into direct ownership of daily campaign execution. You will combine strong platform execution with clear reporting and actionable insights, staying ahead of platform trends, updates, and best practices. While the immediate focus is Google and Meta, you will also have a structured path to learn Amazon Advertising and support broader paid media channels as the program evolves.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, QA, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, overseeing campaign structure, targeting, bids, budgets, creative, and overall account health.
  • Performance & Pacing: Monitor pacing and performance daily, identifying material changes early and taking proactive action to optimize delivery.
  • Data & Analysis: Investigate shifts in customer demand and campaign results using platform data, search/auction trends, competitive activity, creative performance, and ecommerce signals.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear, recurring performance updates that explain what changed, why, what was optimized, and strategic next steps.
  • Platform Health & Relations: Manage ad disapprovals, account flags, and support cases. Partner with platform reps to pursue relevant access, whitelisting, and issue resolution.
  • Testing & Innovation: Build and execute structured tests across audiences, keywords, bidding, creative, messaging, and formats. Document learnings to turn them into repeatable actions.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with brand and creative teams to identify asset needs, track creative fatigue, and feed channel performance insights back into creative development.
  • Tool & Tech Integration: Utilize tools like Triple Whale, platform-native AI, and automation to accelerate analysis and reporting while validating recommendations against source data.
  • Channel Expansion: Learn and support Amazon Advertising, taking on routine campaign management over time. Support broader media efforts (programmatic, CTV/OTT, audio, podcasts, paid influencer amplification) as directed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably within an agency or high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Platform Mastery: Direct, proven experience building and optimizing campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort working with campaign data, budget pacing, testing results, and performance trends.
  • Execution Levers: Solid working knowledge of core paid media levers, including campaign architecture, audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, creative, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive Drive: High bias for action, natural curiosity, and the ability to ask sharp questions, learn quickly, and adapt across new platforms.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex ad data into plain-language summaries and recommendations.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple campaigns, launches, deadlines, and platform partners.
  • Modern Tooling: Practical comfort with AI-assisted workflows and sound judgment to validate outputs before taking action.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Helpful, Not Required

  • Exposure to Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, or DSP).
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Shopify, or other ecommerce reporting and analytics tools.
  • Exposure to programmatic, CTV/OTT, audio/podcast, or paid influencer media.
  • Background in CPG, consumer health, supplements, or another regulated/highly considered consumer category.
