The Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to run client accounts on X and Instagram. You'll plan the content, design the assets yourself, write the copy, and post daily.
This is a hands-on creative role. You're not briefing a designer, you're doing it.
What You'll Do
- Own daily posting and content calendars for X and Instagram accounts
- Design graphics, banners, and static assets from scratch
- Write copy that fits each brand's voice and each platform
- Engage in replies and comments to build presence, not just broadcast
- Track performance and adjust based on what's working
- Keep a consistent visual identity across every asset for an account
What We're Looking For
- Strong graphic design skills. Portfolio required
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
- Experience running brand accounts on X and Instagram, ideally in crypto, iGaming, or gaming
- Sharp copywriter with a feel for how each platform reads
- All work must be original. We do not accept AI-generated designs or copy. Everything you produce here is your own
- Fast turnaround without dropping quality
- Self-directed and organized
Nice to Have
- Understanding of crypto and iGaming visual conventions
- Experience growing an account from a small base
- Motion graphics for the occasional animated post
