Role Description
We're hiring a Growth Hacker to own top-of-funnel growth end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who treats growth as a craft — equal parts creative outreach, technical execution, and rigorous measurement. You'll work directly with the CEO and have meaningful latitude to test, build, and iterate.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
- LinkedIn lead generation — building lead magnets, posts, and gated content that attract operators across ecommerce, DTC, performance marketing, affiliate, and funnel-building communities. Comfort with tools like Gojiberry to identify and capture engagement is expected.
- Cold outreach at scale — running multi-step email sequences through platforms like Instantly or Smartlead, with strong list hygiene, deliverability practices, and tight messaging. You should know the difference between cold outreach that converts and cold outreach that gets you blacklisted.
- SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) — driving organic traffic from Google and ensuring TracklySMS shows up in answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini for relevant queries.
- Product directory presence — getting TracklySMS listed and well-positioned on G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, AppSumo, and the long tail of SaaS comparison sites.
- AppSumo and similar deal platforms — running campaigns to drive qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- AI-leveraged workflows — using generative AI and automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay, etc.) to operate with the output of a much larger team.
About you
- Early-career to mid-career, with demonstrable results — a previous growth role, a side project that took off, an audience you built, or a product you helped launch.
- Highly fluent with generative AI tools and workflows. You've already integrated them deeply into how you work.
- Familiar with at least one corner of the high-volume sender world — ecommerce, DTC, affiliate, performance marketing, funnel building, or dropshipping — or able to ramp on it quickly.
- Strong working knowledge of cold outbound — both email and LinkedIn — and the tools and tactics that make it effective.
- Analytical enough to read the data and scrappy enough to ship without waiting for permission.
- Bonus: prior experience with AppSumo launches, Product Hunt, or building tools that ranked in search.
