About the Role
This opportunity is for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a fast-paced, highly innovative marketing team. This role focuses on developing digital marketing strategies, configuring ad campaigns, running tests, analyzing performance, implementing optimizations, and preparing clear reports that help improve campaign results.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across social media and digital advertising platforms, enjoys using data to guide decisions, and has a strong interest in connecting brands with the right customer audiences through effective digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 40–50 clients, ensuring each client’s digital marketing needs are supported with high-quality strategies and campaigns tailored to their goals.
- Execute and maintain multiple campaigns for each client across various digital channels while supporting consistent performance and brand messaging.
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies for a diverse client base using industry best practices to support campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Set up, configure, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance and return on investment.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data across multiple clients and campaigns to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and successful strategies that can be repeated.
- Create comprehensive performance reports for clients, including insights and recommendations tailored to each client’s objectives.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients regarding campaign performance, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead and department members to share key learnings and improve campaign processes.
- Support continuous improvement by learning new technical skills, adapting to new tools, and applying updated digital marketing practices.
- Perform additional related duties or responsibilities as requested by a supervisor, as business needs may evolve.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising platforms, including how to apply platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to interpret and use data to make informed campaign decisions.
- Comfort working with analytics tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to help develop engaging campaigns that connect with target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear ad copy, client updates, and performance reports.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and department processes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technical skills and continuously grow as a digital marketer.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work in a team environment, share knowledge, and align with shared goals and strategies.
Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
