Travel Agent- Remote Position

We are looking for a motivated and organised Travel Agent to join our growing travel team and support clients with the planning and booking of high-quality travel experiences.

This role focuses on coordinating travel arrangements, managing booking details, and providing clear, professional guidance throughout the travel planning process. It is well suited to someone with a genuine interest in travel and tourism who enjoys working with people, systems, and detail.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including accommodation, flights, and itineraries
• Provide accurate and professional advice on destinations and travel options
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and supporting documentation
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with suppliers and booking platforms as required
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures

About you

• Strong interest in travel and tourism
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
• Able to manage tasks independently and follow structured processes
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
