💥 The Opportunity
We’re hiring either:
• A Head of Growth, or
• Two senior leaders: Head of Revenue Operations and Head of People Operations
This role offers generous equity and bonus potential. We are looking for high ownership and leadership.
The structure depends on experience.
If you are a rare operator who has successfully owned growth, systems, analytics, and execution end-to-end in a high-growth environment, we’re open to a single Head of Growth role.
If your strength is deeper in one domain, we are equally excited to hire two exceptional leaders — one owning the revenue engine and one owning the people and provider engine.
In all cases, these are senior, builder roles with real ownership, pressure, and impact.

Head of Revenue Operations
This role is for someone who is obsessed with how revenue actually flows — not just marketing or sales in isolation, but the full system: demand, conversion, operations, and outcomes.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team and own the entire revenue operating system across B2C and B2B. This is a builder role in a high-pressure, high-impact healthcare environment.
Revenue systems & architecture
• Own HubSpot and CRM architecture end-to-end
• Design, maintain, and optimize funnels across B2C (patients) and B2B (partners, payers, providers)
• Build and maintain clean data models across the revenue lifecycle
• Ensure data integrity across marketing, sales, call center, and clinical intake
Funnels, analytics & performance
• Define and track core metrics: CAC, conversion rates, funnel leakage, time-to-conversion, LTV
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership and the board
• Diagnose drop-offs and design experiments to improve performance
• Use data to prioritize what to fix, build, or kill
Marketing communications & growth ops
• Own lifecycle marketing infrastructure (email, SMS, workflows, automation)
• Partner on messaging, sequencing, and conversion optimization
• Support call center operations with scripts, routing, and attribution
• Leverage AI and automation to improve speed, targeting, and personalization
Product & systems leadership
• Partner closely with product and engineering on growth-related product development
• Translate operational pain points into product requirements
• Influence roadmap decisions using data and customer insights
• Ensure revenue systems scale with clinical and operational realities
Who you are
• Deeply technical in CRM, analytics, and funnel design
• Extremely comfortable with data, dashboards, and experimentation
• Calm under pressure in fast-moving, regulated environments
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and constant change
• Able to balance speed with healthcare compliance and rigor
• Excited to build systems that scale nationally
Experience we’re looking for
• 7+ years in revenue ops, growth ops, or sales ops
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience (required)
• Experience with call center tools, attribution, and routing
• B2C and B2B funnel experience
• Startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
• Healthcare, marketplace, or regulated industry experience is a major plus
Head of People Operations
Total Life serves two core groups: customers and providers. This role is responsible for building the people systems that allow both to thrive — especially our growing clinical workforce.
This is not a traditional HR role. This is a people systems and workforce operations role in a high-growth healthcare environment.
You will work directly with the CEO and clinical leadership to build the infrastructure that supports hiring, performance, compliance, and scale.
What you’ll own (very explicitly)
End-to-end workforce operations
• Own hiring operations across clinical and non-clinical roles
• Design scalable hiring workflows, screening, and onboarding
• Oversee contracts, credentialing coordination, and compliance processes
• Own payroll oversight and coordination across roles and entities
People data & performance systems
• Build and maintain people analytics and dashboards
• Track hiring velocity, capacity, utilization, retention, and performance
• Partner with leadership to design performance frameworks
• Use data to anticipate staffing needs and risks
Healthcare workforce complexity
• Manage people operations across providers and non-clinical teams
• Coordinate with clinical leadership on licensure, credentialing, and coverage needs
• Design systems that balance provider experience with operational rigor
• Support compliance requirements without slowing growth
Product & systems leadership
• Partner with product and engineering to improve internal tools and workflows
• Translate people-related operational needs into product requirements
• Improve provider and employee experience through better systems
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work
Who you are
• Extremely organized, precise, and systems-oriented
• Comfortable handling sensitive information at scale
• Calm and effective in high-stress, high-growth environments
• Data-driven in how you think about people and performance
• Comfortable building from scratch with little structure

Experience we’re looking for
• 7+ years in people ops, HR ops, or workforce operations
• Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting clinical or regulated workforces
• Deep comfort with HRIS, payroll, and people analytics
• Experience partnering closely with leadership and product teams
• Healthcare or marketplace experience is a strong plus
