Your Future Role This exciting, 100% remote Marketing role is open to candidates based anywhere in Australia. You’ll play a key role within the Thryv Digital team, managing a portfolio of clients and bringing their digital strategies to life. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll create, implement, and optimise high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing, helping advertisers achieve meaningful results and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies by understanding customer goals, industry best practices, and recommending the most effective approach
- Build and manage high-quality Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in line with platform policies and best practices
- Monitor, manage, and continuously optimise a portfolio of campaigns to achieve key performance metrics
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports, including identifying and resolving campaign issues
- Respond to ad-hoc customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Specific Capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a structured, organised approach
- Solid computer literacy
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, with exposure to Google Ads and/or social advertising platforms
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and work autonomously
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of resilience, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook
- An understanding of how technology supports and enhances business outcomes
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt, with high learning agility
