Tomorrow’s Momentum Co (TMC) is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Communications Associate to support brand awareness and communication activities within the personal development sector.

This role is suited to someone with an interest in digital marketing, content creation, communication, and personal growth who enjoys learning, creating, and applying marketing skills in a digital environment.

TMC connects individuals with personal development resources focused on mindset, leadership, and capability-building, supporting individuals who are seeking meaningful growth and positive change.

Role Description

You will contribute to digital communication and marketing activities designed to increase awareness and engagement with personal development resources.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and sharing digital content across online platforms
• Supporting brand communication initiatives
• Responding to enquiries and providing information about available resources
• Scheduling introductory conversations with interested individuals
• Developing skills in audience engagement, messaging, and digital marketing
• Reviewing feedback and insights to improve communication effectiveness

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An interest in digital marketing, content creation, or brand communication
• Comfort using online platforms and willingness to learn new digital tools
• The ability to manage tasks, follow processes, and work towards outcomes
• A willingness to learn, develop skills, and apply feedback

Experience in marketing, communications, education, sales, customer engagement, or content creation is beneficial.

An interest in personal development, leadership, and continuous learning is highly valued.
