Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to build and lead their outbound marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating marketing programs from the ground up and wants to make a measurable impact in a growing B2B manufacturing organization.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role that partners closely with company leadership, sales, and external vendors to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. As the company grows, there is potential to build and lead a marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Build and manage marketing programs that align with sales objectives.
- Generate qualified leads through demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, analyze campaign performance, and report key metrics.
- Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing projects.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- Experience building or expanding a marketing function within a manufacturing or technical B2B environment.
- Proven success with demand generation, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting technical products, industrial manufacturing, or engineered solutions is highly preferred.
