Project Manager – Digital Agency

About the Role

This is a key client-facing role at the heart of our operations. You’ll manage a mix of ongoing retainers and stand-alone projects, ensuring our clients experience seamless delivery, clear communication, and measurable impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, developers, and content teams - keeping projects on track, clients informed, and the team energised.

You’ll also have the freedom to shape how we work: improving processes, experimenting with new tools, and exploring how AI can make our client work smarter, faster, and more effective.

What You’ll Do

• Manage digital projects and ongoing client retainers from start to finish.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients - building trust, clarity, and momentum.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal resources across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure high standards in delivery - from briefing through to sign-off.
• Track budgets, monitor time, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support the continuous improvement of agency workflows and tools.
• Explore ways AI can enhance project delivery and client outcomes.

About You

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Has previous experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Has experience using project management tools 
• Is superbly organised - able to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and colleagues alike.
• Brings a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
• Is naturally curious about AI and emerging digital tools, with some hands-on exposure to recent innovations.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with both clients and creative teams.
• Takes ownership and sees projects through to successful completion.
• Has experience using website Content Management Systems
