This is a remote, flexible opportunity for a professional who’s passionate about leadership, mindset, and helping others perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture warm inquiries (no cold calling).
• Educate and inspire individuals about our personal development programs and global leadership events
• Mentor and support new team members through onboarding
• Leverage digital platforms and marketing tools to reach a global audience
• Lead with initiative, independence, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, weekly live training, and global events
• Grow your own leadership capabilities through ongoing mentorship and learning opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• No prior experience required – full training and mentorship provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A background in consulting, HR, coaching, leadership, training, or related professional fields (preferred but not essential).
• A genuine interest in personal growth, professional development, and mindset performance.
• Self-direction and accountability to manage your workflow remotely.
• A laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection
• Dedication to 10-15 hrs/ week if transitioning from other employment
