Role Description
- We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. This is not a copy-paste outreach job – we expect curiosity, diligence, and a strategic mindset. You’ll be using the most up-to-date AI-driven research and engagement tools to identify the right leads, understand their business context, and craft tailored outreach that sparks meaningful conversations.
- You won’t be working in isolation – at TISA, sales is a team sport. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the wider team, sharing insights and aligning efforts toward our common commercial goals.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify sports organizations that fit TISA’s profile.
- Map decision makers and understand their likely priorities.
- Craft customized first-touch messages (LinkedIn + email), rooted in value-based, Challenger-style sales.
- Manage outreach sequences across multiple channels, tracking performance and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Contribute to team discussions on outreach strategy and campaign design.
What We’re Looking For
- Early career experience in sales, research, or marketing (internships welcome).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect dots between company signals and business opportunities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Curiosity about sports, media, or digital transformation (not required, but highly valued).
- A diligent, truthful, and value-driven approach – focused on quality, not volume.
