What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain a mortgage broker client base to meet production requirements
• Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunities
• Actively manage and maintain acceptable performance metrics for pipelines
• Engage with clients through phone, email, and direct marketing to build relationships
• Provide technical training and support on proprietary technology platforms

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-performance environment
• Strong understanding of sales principles, including relationship building and negotiation
