TimelyCare TimelyCare is a clinically accountable virtual care provider built specifically for education. Trusted by nearly 500 campuses across the U.S., TimelyCare combines URAC-accredited clinical standards with a measurement-based approach and a partnership-first model to help institutions champion well-being with clarity, accountability, and real-world impact. Through a seamless, easy-to-access platform, TimelyCare offers a comprehensive range of services, including a crisis line, mental health counseling, on-demand emotional support, medical care, psychiatric care, health coaching, success coaching, basic needs assistance, faculty and staff guidance, peer support, and self-guided wellness tools. TimelyCare drives clinically validated improvements in depression and anxiety, supporting healthier learning environments. The Role TimelyCare is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, go-to-market execution, and adoption strategy for our care service lines and self-care content experiences. You’ll translate complex care offerings into clear, credible value for multiple audiences (campus leaders, health services stakeholders, and students), and you’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure our self-care content is strategic, scalable, and aligned to brand voice and GTM priorities. Location This is a remote position. Reviewing candidates across the country. What You’ll DoProduct Positioning & Messaging:

  • Develop clear, engaging, and differentiated product positioning and messaging for assigned care service lines (e.g., mental health counseling, medical care, psychiatry, health coaching, success coaching, crisis support), tailored to distinct stakeholders.
  • Build proof-driven narratives and value pillars that connect care quality and outcomes to institutional priorities (retention, safety, equity, ROI).

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Own GTM planning and execution for care services launches, updates, and bundled offers—partnering closely with Product, Care, Revenue, and Customer Success to ensure readiness across channels.
  • Create core GTM assets: launch briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, web copy, sales talk tracks, competitive takeaways, and enablement materials.

Self-Care Content Strategy

  • Partner with Brand and Care leadership to ensure product self-care content is strategic, scalable, and aligned to audience needs and GTM priorities, including (as needed) content audits, gap analysis, and repurposing plans.
  • Help operationalize a repeatable content cadence (calendar inputs, launch alignment, performance feedback loops) so self-care content supports adoption and engagement across the student journey.
  • Ensure self-care content reflects TimelyCare’s voice and tone standards (compassionate, reassuring, empowering) and is appropriate for the audience and context.

Customer Insights & Feedback

  • Gather insights from campus partners, students, care teams, and internal stakeholders to refine service positioning and inform go-forward GTM.
  • Maintain competitive awareness in the virtual health / wellbeing and higher ed ecosystem; translate competitive shifts into actionable messaging updates.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key indicators for care services and content impact (adoption/utilization, engagement, conversion, and field feedback), and recommend optimizations based on what’s working.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in telehealth, health tech or healthcare services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Experience marketing services, especially healthcare, virtual care, wellbeing, coaching, or other “delivered experience” offerings.
  • Experience contributing to or partnering on content strategy (editorial planning, content lifecycle, repurposing, basic performance measurement).
  • Strong understanding of health and health-adjacent topics and able to experience collaborating with clinical and care partners.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in analyzing data and identifying trends to make informed decisions and refine strategies
  • Familiarity with research and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics/Looker/Tableau, Gong) and comfort using data to improve GTM effectiveness.
  • You are effective at building cross-functional relationships to align strategy, streamline communication, and drive execution across multiple departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Benefits + Perks

  • Paid Company Holidays + No work on your birthday!
  • Flexible PTO + Volunteer Time Off (VTO) as an organization to give back to the community
  • Variable bonus eligibility on a quarterly basis
  • Company-sponsored Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Pet Insurance
  • Company-paid group Life Insurance + Company-paid Short Term Disability
  • Concierge benefit support services
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Free access to TimelyCare virtual medical and mental health support
  • Mission-Driven Purpose with a Supportive Team Culture
