Clarest Health is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director of Product Marketing to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for our medication management portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and owning Clarest’s market narrative—translating our clinical excellence and proprietary technology into clear, differentiated value propositions for risk‑based healthcare buyers. As Clarest continues to scale its Clarest at Home initiative and expand partnerships with Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and other risk‑bearing entities, this leader will position Clarest as a strategic outcomes‑based partner—connecting medication management to improved quality scores, reduced total cost of care, and better patient outcomes. The Director of Product Marketing will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical, and executive leadership to drive alignment, enable revenue growth, and guide product strategy based on market insight **Location:**Remote Salary: $180k - $185k + bonus Schedule: Monday – Friday Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities: Strategic GTM Strategy & Positioning
- Narrative Development: Craft and own the solution narratives for risk-based entities, shifting the conversation from transactional pharmacy to a longitudinal, outcomes-based model.
- Segmentation & Personas: Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for health plan, LTC facility, and Payvider buyers, focusing on their specific pain points around CMS Star Ratings and medication adherence.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the landscape to ensure Clarest remains the partner of choice for integrated pharmacy and CMM solutions.
Sales Enablement & Demand Gen
- Assets and Toolkits: Develop high-impact sales assets, including ROI calculators, clinical case studies, guides, white papers, and battlecards that demonstrate our impact on outcomes, quality metrics, and cost.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams to execute integrated campaigns that leverage digital tools and AI-driven market intelligence to reach payer decision-makers.
- Strategic Events: Support executive leadership at high-profile industry events (e.g., RISE Qualipalooza) by developing panel content and presentation materials that highlight Clarest’s thought leadership in quality outcomes.
Product Lifecycle & Insights
- Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the market" for our Product team, synthesizing feedback from buyer personas to influence the roadmap for our clinical technology and "tear-strip" packaging innovations.
- Launch Excellence: Lead the commercial launch of new product features and service expansions, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Clinical Operations, and Product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years in product marketing or healthcare strategy, with a strong understanding of the Payer/Managed Care landscape and Value-Based Care models.
Skills + Abilities:
- Go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy development for complex healthcare solutions
- Product positioning, messaging, and value‑based storytelling
- Strong knowledge of payer, Medicare Advantage, ACO, and value‑based care models
- Ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into clear business value
- Sales enablement expertise (ROI narratives, case studies, battlecards)
- Buyer segmentation and ICP definition across risk‑based healthcare markets
- Cross‑functional leadership and influence without direct authority
- Executive‑level communication, presentation, and thought‑leadership skills
