Influencer Marketing Lead (Performance & Growth)
The Sage Group’s client is seeking a senior leader to own and scale their global influencer marketing program as a core performance growth channel.
This role is responsible for transforming a strong, direct-response–focused creator program into a highly scalable, operationally excellent engine for driving high-quality funded accounts worldwide.
This is a builder role with clear executive support and a mandate to accelerate growth,
improve sophistication, and raise the bar on how performance influencer marketing is
executed in a regulated, global environment.
If you have prior experience from a FAANG company, this is a huge plus!!What You’ll Do:
- Own global influencer marketing strategy and execution with accountability for measurable growth outcomes (new funded accounts, quality, efficiency)
- Scale an always-on, performance-focused creator program across the U.S., Europe, and Asia
- Design scalable creator playbooks (messaging frameworks, content guidance, conversion and quality drivers)
- Build and refine systems for creator sourcing, selection, outreach, onboarding, and Lifecycle management
- Partner with analytics to define and improve measurement, incrementality, and cohort quality frameworks
- Evaluate and implement influencer discovery, management, and measurement tools
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams
- Lead and develop a small, high-impact influencer team and external partners as the Program scales
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of experience in influencer, performance, or growth marketing, ideally prior FAANG company experience
- Proven track record owning direct-response creator programs, not just brand partnerships
- Strong analytical orientation —comfortable working with performance data, experimentation, and attribution
- Experience operating in regulated, complex, or global categories (finance, fintech, tech, marketplaces, or similar)
- Builder mindset: you’ve created processes, playbooks, and scalable systems before
- Strong creator intuition paired with performance discipline
- Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution
