Email Marketing Operations Consultant

Execute and ensure the quality of email marketing campaigns across a portfolio of hotels. Partner with hotels and cross-functional teams to manage campaign QA, approvals, deployment, and compliance with brand and CRM standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket intake and route requests to appropriate teams; support workflow improvements.
• Review campaigns for brand, content, legal compliance, and functionality (rendering, links, personalization).
• Coordinate approvals and execute campaign deployments with hotel and marketing teams.
• Ensure adherence to CRM governance, audience rules, and timelines.
• Serve as a primary contact for hotels and Field Marketing; maintain stakeholder alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM campaigns.
• Experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or multi-location organizations.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices.
• Experience with Braze, Sageflo Radiate, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
