Founding Growth Marketer

Own customer acquisition end to end at an early-stage, founder-led startup — and build the growth engine from the ground up.

Full-time · Remote (Europe time zones) · $70,000/year (USD) + 1.5% equityABOUT ACURRATE

Acurrate is the end-to-end platform that tells e-commerce brands which creators will actually make them money — before they work with them. Most tools rank creators by follower count; Acurrate ranks them by predicted profit against a brand’s real store economics, then runs the whole lifecycle in one place: Discover, Forecast, Negotiate, Agreement, Plan and Pay. It’s $99/month flat — no tiers, no quotas — versus incumbents at $399+. We’re live on the Shopify App Store, where we’re starting, and the platform works for any e-commerce brand running creators. Built by a former DTC CFO who lived the problem firsthand.

THE ROLE

You’ll own how we acquire customers — end to end. Early on that’s hands-on and scrappy: direct outreach, communities, partnerships, and content, working closely with the founder. As channels prove out, you systematise them: content and SEO, app-store presence, paid, and lifecycle. This isn’t a phone-sales role — Acurrate is self-serve at $99/month — but it is a roll-up-your-sleeves, do-what-it-takes-to-grow role.

HOW WE WORK

We move fast and lean. The founder runs an AI-driven operation, and everyone here uses AI tools to do the work of a much larger team. Strong AI fluency is a genuine requirement for this role — alongside taste, judgement and hustle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Drive customer acquisition directly — outbound, warm intros, communities, partnerships: hands-on growth, not just managing channels.

·        Build and own the compounding demand channels as they prove out: content + SEO, app-store / marketplace presence, paid acquisition, and email/lifecycle.

·        Turn Acurrate’s differentiators — profit forecasting, flat pricing, the end-to-end lifecycle — into messaging and campaigns that convert.

·        Run experiments; measure CAC, conversion and payback; double down on what works.

·        Own the self-serve funnel: free trial → paid.

·        Use AI tools across everything you do to punch well above your weight.

·        Partner with the founder on positioning, messaging and the GTM roadmap.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR·        A proven customer-getter. You’ve personally driven early-stage acquisition or moved a self-serve funnel, and you have the results to show it — not a brand-only or purely strategic marketer.

·        Full-funnel and multi-channel: comfortable across direct outreach, content/SEO, partnerships/community, paid, and lifecycle.

·        Genuinely fluent with AI tools, using them daily to multiply your output.

·        3+ years in growth / performance marketing / demand generation, ideally at an early-stage SaaS, DTC/e-commerce, or creator-tooling company.

·        Scrappy, autonomous, and energised by ambiguity in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

NICE TO HAVE

·        Experience marketing to DTC / e-commerce brands, or within the creator economy / influencer marketing.

·        App-store / marketplace ASO experience.

·        Strong copywriting and a good eye for design.
