Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Pay: $48-51/hour. Duration:5 1⁄2 months with any extension based on performance and client need Remote role About The Role This Product Marketing Manager will be focused on marketing HR AI technologies to HR executives. You'll partner directly with leadership to package our story for customer meetings, driving measurable business impact and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & Messaging

• Create clear, impactful messaging that demonstrates how our the client's Employee Success AI tool solutions drive employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes
• Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and frontline employees
• Ensure consistency and alignment with customer needs and market trends across all communications
• Develop and deliver high-impact product demos showcasing the HR AI tool solutions
• Ensure demos clearly communicate measurable business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and enhance demo effectiveness

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing is required.
• Prior experience marketing human resources technologies is required.
• Prior experience marketing AI solutions is required.
• Must have experience developing presentations in Google Slides for executive consumption.
• Must have verifiable experience developing product messaging, briefing executives, as well as demo script development.
