• Experience with CRO for e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to identify UX and messaging improvements that increase conversions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
