About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned ecommerce leader who thrives in an agency environment, balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and drives performance across site experience, merchandising, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate is client-centric, proactive, and quick to identify and resolve challenges.

You will act as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal design, email, and development teams to elevate digital storefronts and customer journeys.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end ecommerce strategy for a portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, and retail clients
  • Lead site optimization initiatives including UX, navigation, merchandising, CRO, and content strategy
  • Partner with creative teams on site redesigns, templates, brand guides, and new feature launches
  • Oversee Shopify builds and enhancements, ensuring performance and scalability
  • Collaborate on email and lifecycle marketing strategies including flows, campaigns, and segmentation
  • Analyze performance data to inform strategy and deliver actionable insights to clients
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional workflows across multiple accounts
  • Serve as a senior client contact, building trust through clear communication and strong results

What we’re looking for: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or related roles
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Deep expertise in Shopify required and experience with Klayvio strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of UX, conversion optimization, merchandising, and customer journeys
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, and Gorgias is a plus
  • Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and client communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
