About the Company

The Director of Sales & Marketing leads revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that increase market share, customer acquisition, and profitability. This role oversees sales performance, brand strategy, lead generation, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive company objectives.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Manage branding, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee CRM systems, sales funnels, and marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, product positioning, and expansion strategy
  • Prepare budget plans and optimize ROI across sales and marketing initiatives
  • Present regular revenue, campaign, and operational reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • 3–5+ years in leadership or director-level management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales strategy
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
