Part-Time Social Media Manager (TikTok & Meta)

About the role

We’re looking for a creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to own our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is hands-on and content-led — you’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and designing high-performing social content that feels native to each platform.

You should be comfortable both behind the camera and in the edit, with a strong eye for design and storytelling.

What you’ll be doing

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Design social assets (posts, stories, thumbnails, simple animations)
• Edit video using platform-appropriate styles, pacing, captions, and trends
• Stay across trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Monitor performance and share insights on what’s working
• Engage with the community (comments, DMs as required)

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing TikTok and Meta platforms
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (phone or camera is fine)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar
• A strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
• Solid understanding of short-form video best practices
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Bonus: experience growing social accounts or working with brands

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Paid social / Meta Ads knowledge
• Copywriting experience for social
