Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Role summary

You'll work directly with the founder and have the support you need to win. Commission-only isn't for everyone. This role suits either a sales professional with a strong existing network, or a hungry self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. It's 100% remote with flexible hours, so if you value autonomy and want to build something, this is for you. For the right person, success here means building out our entire sales function from the ground up.

Australia Experiences is a growing startup operating as a fully managed influencer marketing agency. We manage a network of over 500 nano and micro creators across Australia, connecting talented voices with brands to create authentic and engaging content.

About the role

You'll work directly with the founder to find, pitch, and close new clients across Australia.

• Build your pipeline through outbound and your own network
• Work warm inbound leads from our marketing
• Run discovery calls and pitch our service to decision-makers
• Close deals with a bias toward recurring collaborations
• Hand signed clients to our delivery team for execution

About you

• 2+ years selling marketing services, agency services, media, or a comparable B2B service in Australia, OR an existing network of marketing decision-makers in events, hospitality, tourism, cosmetics, entertainment, or retail
• Confident running a full sales cycle independently from prospect to close
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Based in Australia with the right to work here
