Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a results-oriented and data-driven Amazon Sales & E-Commerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising our Amazon sales platform, analysing sales data to inform strategy, coordinating with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a candidate who has successfully grown Amazon sales and is confident managing PPC campaigns, content optimisation, and account health while preferably advising on best practices for multi-channel e-commerce growth (e.g. Shopify, Google Shopping).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overall focus on Amazon strategy and growth
  • Execute product Listing and content pptimisation
  • Advertising and campaign management; set up, monitor, and optimise Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Review ad performance metrics and targeting for high ROI
  • Advise on Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies
  • Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, listing suppressions, and policy compliance
  • Track and report on sales, conversion rates, ad spend, and organic ranking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, pricing updates, and customer service feedback
  • Share monthly performance insights and propose action plans to meet KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in the UK/EU markets
  • Proven track record of increasing sales, traffic, and conversion for physical products
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon’s algorithm (A9), keyword optimisation, and product listing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with PPC tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Amazon Ads Console, Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk)
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to draw actionable insights from performance data
  • Experience working with lighting, home goods, interiors, or similar product categories (a plus)
  • Self-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working with a remote team
