About The Role We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to take over and further develop our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing and optimizing our online channels, including website content, SEO, paid advertising campaigns, and analytics. You will work closely with our small, cohesive team to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, data-driven decision-making skills, and a strategic mindset to improve our digital marketing initiatives. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and refining campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our company goals and values. Qualifications

• Minimum HBO degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an online marketer
• Proficiency in WordPress website management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content planning
• Knowledge of Google Ads (Search and Display), Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook advertising
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of website security and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company website, including content updates and SEO enhancements
• Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies to improve organic visibility
• Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Coordinate with external agencies for campaign support and technical integrations
• Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance
• Ensure website security, updates, and technical performance are maintained at high standards
• Analyze campaign data and website analytics to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve our marketing efforts
