Growth & Marketing Lead — Build a second growth engine inside a fintech with 2M+ members. Remote (Spain, Poland, Lithuania, or Israel).

We're building the AI agent that puts your money to work for you. Since 2019, we've helped more than 2 million members fix and build their credit — and now we're bringing credit and money management together in one app.

Our credit engine already works. Now we need someone to build the growth engine for our new Money AI product: a real budget, a real product, 2 million members, and direct access to the founders.

What You'll Do

→ Set the growth strategy, own the budget, and decide where to place our bets

→ Find and acquire a new audience while protecting our existing acquisition engine

→ Turn product capabilities into messaging that makes people act

→ Test fast across paid social, search, newsletters, influencers, communities, and PR

→ Take campaigns from idea to live — copy, creative, landing pages, targeting

→ Own funnel tracking, dashboards, and conversion optimization

What We're Looking For

→ 2-5+ years owning campaigns and spend with measurable growth results

→ Hands-on depth in acquisition and experimentation, with generalist range across paid, content, influencer, PR, and lifecycle

→ Fluency with CAC, LTV, attribution, and conversion funnels

→ AI-first workflow — you use AI and automation daily to move faster
