We specialize in helping utilities and enterprises modernize critical systems, spanning grid modernization, AMI rollouts, fleet management, and large-scale IT transformations.

We're now entering a new growth phase, building scalable marketing programs to complement our strong reputation and deep industry relationships. As our Marketing Manager, you'll step into a high-ownership role: shaping our go-to-market strategy, running hands-on campaigns, and directly influencing how we scale into this next stage of growth.

As our Marketing Manager (Strategy + Execution), you will play a pivotal role in this next stage of growth, owning both the strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and position Tamazari as the go-to IT project partner in the energy and public sector.

We’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial team environment, comfortable setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and measuring the results.

You will develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across Apollo.io, Mailchimp (or similar email platforms), and LinkedIn, while shaping our brand identity and driving measurable business growth. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence lead generation, brand visibility, sales enablement, and market positioning.

This is a remote position for a Seattle based company. Local candidates are preferred, out of state is ok within the Pacific time zone.Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

· Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.

· Own end-to-end email marketing campaigns: build sequences and segments, write copy, design templates, run A/B test, and optimize for deliverability and conversions.

· Plan and manage outbound campaigns in Apollo.io, integrating them with email and LinkedIn outreach for cohesive multi-touch engagement.

· Track campaign activities, KPIs, and team workflows in Monday.com to ensure visibility and alignment across sales and leadership.

· Monitor and refine campaign performance in real time, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Content & Social Media

· Develop, schedule, and post engaging LinkedIn content that promotes thought leadership, services, client success stories, and company culture.

· Build community engagement by interacting with followers, joining relevant groups, and supporting employee advocacy.

· Ensure messaging consistency across all channels, including email, social, website, and sales collateral.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

· Shape and refine our brand voice to resonate with decision-makers in energy, public sector, and enterprise technology.

· Monitor competitors and industry trends to uncover opportunities for differentiation.

· Support the creation of decks, playbooks, case studies, and marketing materials for sales and business development.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

· Track and report on key marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead).

· Use analytics to inform campaign adjustments, budget allocation, and growth strategy.

· Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other marketing regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner closely with sales to align targeting, messaging, and lead nurturing.

· Work with leadership and technical teams to support campaign launches and events.

· Coordinate with designers, developers, or contractors as needed to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in energy, public sector, or enterprise technology consulting/services.

· Proven ability to both strategize and execute, from planning campaigns to writing copy, creating assets, and launching them.

· Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, or similar).

· Experience updating and optimizing digital content in website builders (e.g., Wix or similar) is a plus.

· Strong LinkedIn marketing skills, including organic content and outbound engagement.

· Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

· Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).

· Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM/project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com).

· Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working in a small team, wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly.

You won’t just be managing campaigns, you’ll be building them from the ground up, experimenting with new approaches, and seeing your work translate directly into leads, revenue, and market visibility.
