We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and insights-focused Marketing Analyst to join our remote team in Ireland. In this role, you will analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to help shape marketing strategies and support high-impact decision-making across the business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, email, social, website, etc.)
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated insights to support data-driven decision-making
• Evaluate customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and segmentation to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align insights with strategic goals
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support planning and positioning
• Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations
• Support A/B testing, attribution modelling, and experimentation frameworks
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure best practices across analytics processes

✅ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related data role
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech environments
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality testing, etc.)
• Python or R experience for deeper statistical analysis
• Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle modelling
