What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and implement CRM journeys and ad hoc campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, and WebPush)
• Optimize and maintain CRM platforms to improve user experience and campaign performance
• Maintain compliance with email/SMS marketing regulations and manage deliverability health
• Analyze customer data and campaign insights to formulate and execute CRM strategies
• Track key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance future marketing strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience managing CRM journeys and automation in platforms like Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong command of HTML and JSON; able to troubleshoot dynamic content issues
• Hands-on experience with deliverability tools and analytics platforms
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Iterable Masterclass Certification (Iterable Foundations a plus)
• Experience with OneSignal or WebPush tools
