Performance Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and other platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and optimize marketing software automations, including CRM integrations, email marketing platforms, and lead nurturing workflows, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital performance marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of ROI-driven strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-to-haves:
- 2+ years of dedicated performance marketing experience.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
