MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a Health and Wellness challenger brand, which are on an exciting journey. They have been growing at an impressive 40–50% year-on-year, driven largely by our success in Trade. With revenues now at around £4m, they are on track to reach £10m within the next 2–3 years. A key part of this journey is building a stronger online presence to create a balanced 50/50 split between Trade and Online.

To make this happen, they are seeking a talented eCommerce and Digital Marketing professional who can supercharge our online growth by driving subscriptions and elevating their brand awareness. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of their Shopify website and associated eCommerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon and digital e-retailers. You will also help to manage the Amazon and Paid Media Agency. You will report into the CEO and work cross functional with Marketing, Trade & Operations to deliver an exceptional online experience for their customers and rapidly grow their eCommerce sales channel.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ Candidates MUST have strong Omni-channel eCommerce experience, ideally on Shopify.

⭐️ Technical eCommerce knowledge including tech stack

⭐️ Knowledge of Klaviyo, Paid Media, Amazon and Social Media.

⭐️ You will be an AMAZING coordinator, working cross functionally for the good of the business.

⭐️ Ambitious, commercially savvy, creative thinker and excited by growth
