Performance Creative Strategist – D2C eCommerce

My client is building the world's leading eCommerce incubator — helping everyday people launch, grow, and scale real online brands with a singular mission: help one new founder hit their first $10K in monthly sales every hour of every day.

You'll coach early-stage founders to create content that converts, not just content that looks pretty. This is a performance seat for someone obsessed with conversions, storytelling, and helping real people win.

The impact goes beyond ROAS. You'll enable families to spend more time together. New founders hiring their parents. Mortgages paid off early. Once you see the tangible impact your work creates, you'll never look at creative strategy the same way, you'll be obsessed with scaling this level of change.

What You'll Do

  • Run weekly group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions on creative strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
  • Help founders develop high-converting creative systems (reviewing 5+ static and video assets per brand launch)
  • Turn creative performance data into actionable feedback loops with our marketing team
  • Collaborate with account managers and media buyers to identify what's working
  • Create Loom breakdowns and frameworks that simplify complex strategy into executable steps
  • Drive accountability — ensure founders execute, iterate, and launch

You're a Fit If You Have

  • Experience in eCommerce creative strategy for DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of buyer psychology and how to translate it into creative direction
  • Ability to balance art and algorithm — creating scroll-stopping content that converts
  • Talent for explaining complex strategy in simple, actionable terms
  • Track record in fast-moving, performance-driven environments
  • Genuine care about founder success and commitment to quality results
