About the Opportunity

micro1 is seeking experienced Brand and Social Creative Experts to evaluate marketing, branding, and social media creative content for quality, effectiveness, and brand alignment.

In this role, you will review creative assets, advertising campaigns, social media posts, videos, and marketing concepts to assess how effectively they meet campaign objectives, audience expectations, and platform requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in brand strategy, creative direction, social media marketing, copywriting, advertising, or content production who can provide clear, thoughtful feedback on creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate social media posts, advertisements, videos, and campaign concepts based on their effectiveness and relevance to target audiences.
• Review creative materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign briefs, messaging, and brand voice.
• Assess creative content for suitability across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid social channels.
• Compare different creative approaches and identify which performs better against specific marketing objectives.
• Identify potential issues involving advertising claims, disclosures, intellectual property rights, and platform policies.
• Provide clear written explanations and constructive feedback supporting creative evaluations.
• Assess the overall quality, originality, consistency, and strategic effectiveness of marketing content.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in brand creative, creative strategy, art direction, copywriting, social media marketing, content leadership, or creative production.
• Hands-on experience working with real marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, approvals, publishing, and campaign outcomes.
• Familiarity with at least two major social media or advertising platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or paid social.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, audience engagement, marketing communication, and creative effectiveness.
• Ability to evaluate creative work objectively and explain decisions with clear reasoning.
• Excellent written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or directing creative campaigns for brands, agencies, or clients.
• Background in digital advertising, social media strategy, content marketing, or brand development.
• Experience reviewing and approving creative assets against brand and campaign guidelines.
• Understanding of advertising standards, platform policies, and content compliance.
