About the role

We're Hiring! Digital Marketing Executive

20–40 hours per week | Fully Remote | Genuinely Flexible Working

Are you a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive who knows how to turn great marketing into real business results?

We're looking for an experienced, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Recruitment Juice, helping us grow our brand, generate leads and promote our innovative training programmes.

About Recruitment Juice

Recruitment Juice is a multi-award-winning training provider, specialising in recruitment, leadership and AI training.

We're proud of our reputation for delivering innovative, engaging learning experiences that make a genuine difference to individuals and businesses. We've built our success by combining industry expertise with cutting-edge learning technology, and we're always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what's possible in training.

It's also a particularly exciting time to join us.

We're one of a small number of training providers approved to deliver new government-funded AI courses for business leaders, presenting a significant opportunity for growth as organisations increasingly look to develop their AI capabilities.

And while we have big ambitions, we're a small business at heart.

We're a close-knit, friendly and fun team who genuinely enjoy working together. We support one another, share ideas, celebrate successes and don't take ourselves too seriously. There's no corporate hierarchy or unnecessary bureaucracy here. Everyone plays an important part in the business, and everyone's contribution matters.

We're now looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm, brings fresh ideas and wants to play a meaningful role in the next stage of our growth.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll take ownership of key digital marketing activities, from planning campaigns to analysing their performance.

You'll have the opportunity to influence our marketing strategy, introduce new ideas and see the direct impact of your work on the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Email marketing: Creating, managing and optimising engaging email campaigns that nurture prospects and generate enquiries.
  • Social media: Planning and delivering our social media strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, to build engagement, awareness and leads.
  • Content creation: Developing compelling marketing content for emails, social media, websites and campaigns.
  • Lead generation: Identifying opportunities to attract new prospects and turn interest into enquiries.
  • Campaign analysis: Monitoring performance, reporting on results and continuously improving our marketing activity.
  • Marketing innovation: Bringing fresh ideas, exploring new tools and identifying ways to make our marketing smarter and more effective.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong email marketing experience, including campaign creation, segmentation and performance analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content.
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of lead generation and conversion.
  • Someone who is organised, conscientious, proactive and comfortable managing their own workload.
  • A results-driven attitude, with the confidence to take ownership of projects and deliver without constant supervision.
  • A positive, collaborative personality who will enjoy being part of a small team.

You'll also need experience or a strong working knowledge of at least ONE of the following:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): An understanding of AI tools, applications or how AI can be used in business and marketing.
  • Government-funded training and apprenticeships: Experience within the apprenticeship, education or funded training sector.
  • Recruitment industry: Knowledge or experience of the recruitment sector, recruitment agencies or recruitment-related services.

You don't need all three, but experience in at least one of these areas is important to us.

Why Join Us?

We believe great people do their best work when they're trusted, supported and given the freedom to get on with the job.

We're not interested in clock-watching or unnecessary rules. What matters to us is having a team of conscientious, motivated people who take pride in their work and deliver results.

Here's what you can expect:

Genuinely flexible working

This role offers between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your preference. There are no fixed core hours, within reason, and we trust our team to manage their working time in a way that suits them. In return, we expect people to be conscientious, available when needed for meetings and collaboration, and committed to delivering great results. Our approach is entirely outcomes-focused: it's about what you achieve, not when you sit at your desk.

Fully remote working

Work from home, without the daily commute, while remaining part of a friendly, connected and supportive team.

A small team with a big personality

We're a close-knit group who work hard, have fun and look out for one another. You'll get to know everyone, your ideas will be heard and you'll never feel like just another number.

An exciting opportunity for growth

Join us at a pivotal time as we expand our AI training offering and capitalise on new opportunities in a rapidly growing market.

Autonomy and ownership

You'll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, take responsibility for your work and make a genuine difference to the success of the business.

Innovation at the heart of what we do

We're passionate about technology, particularly AI, and encourage our team to experiment, learn and find better ways of doing things.

Interested?

If you're an experienced digital marketer who loves creating effective campaigns, understands how to generate leads and wants to be part of a friendly, ambitious business where your work genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
