Overview

Swell Growth Marketing helps scale-ups grow through performance marketing, UX, and CRO. As a Junior Growth Marketer, you support execution across UX/research, paid campaigns and creative assets creation pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Execute growth tasks across campaigns and assets
• Build growth cases and drive data analysis for growth experiments
• Coordinate asset production workflows for paid campaigns with specialists
• Execute UX research to develop growth tests.
• Be part of a passionate growth team, deepening your expertise growth marketing

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in growth and performance marketing
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of paid media and high-converting growth assets
