The Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and help us run our daily marketing activities.

This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to start their career in the tech industry. We don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. We are looking for a bright, reliable person who we can trust to handle important tasks and who wants to learn how a modern B2B marketing engine works.

You will work closely with the marketing team. We will teach you the strategy and processes, but we need you to handle the execution—making sure files are organized, content is posted on time, and our systems are clean.

What You Will Do

Your main goal is to support the team by keeping our marketing operations running smoothly.

• Content Support: You will take content created by our engineers and help get it ready for the world. This means formatting blog posts, scheduling LinkedIn updates, and checking that everything looks neat and professional.
• Brand Consistency: You will help ensure our materials look right. You’ll check documents and slides to make sure they use the correct fonts, colors, and logos.
• CRM & Data: You will help keep our systems organized. This involves updating contact details in our CRM (Zoho) and making sure our data is accurate so the team can work effectively.
• Event Assistance: You will help set up the technical side of our webinars and events—like creating registration pages or uploading recording files.
• Using AI Tools: We will teach you how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) to speed up your work, summarize notes, and draft text. You should be excited to use technology to make your job easier.
• Website Updates: You will help make simple updates to our website and landing pages to keep them current.
