Position Overview
As a Content Creator and Social Media Manager, you will lead the charge in building our brand presence, especially on LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for writing engaging posts for both the company and founder profiles, creating short-form videos like client testimonials and CX tips, and designing visuals, carousels, and infographics that bring our message to life.
Additionally, you’ll plan and manage our content calendar, engage with comments, monitor performance, and constantly look for ways to improve reach and engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to source authentic content, from our CX associates to client success stories. This role is equal parts creative, strategic, and collaborative, and your work will have a direct impact on how people perceive and connect with SupportLabs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write engaging LinkedIn posts for both company and founder profiles.
- Create short-form video clips such as client testimonials, agent spotlights, and CX tips.
- Design visuals, carousels, and infographics.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats, like turning a blog into a post or a clip.
Social Media Management
- Plan and implement the content calendar, prioritizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Engage with comments, monitor performance, and improve reach.
- Collaborate with the internal team to source content (CX associates, client stories).
Brand Messaging & Strategy
- Maintain SupportLabs’ tone: helpful, bold, tech-savvy, human.
- Collaborate with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate production.
- Monitor KPIs: engagement, reach, click-throughs, inbound leads.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Employment Experience
- 2–5 years of experience creating B2B content or social media for tech or outsourcing brands.
- Proven success in growing social accounts, especially LinkedIn.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent writing skills in English (native or near-native).
- Visual flair with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation such as Zapier, ChatGPT, and Notion AI.
Bonus: Basic video editing for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts; SEO knowledge.
