About The Role We are seeking a talented Digital/Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, user interface design, branding, logo creation, and print materials. With at least two years of experience in a production or agency environment, you should have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful designs across various platforms. This role requires a highly creative individual who can translate concepts into compelling visual solutions that align with client goals and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with our development team to craft visually stunning front-end website designs and deliver high-caliber branding collateral, environmental graphics, and other marketing assets. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a digital, graphic, and front-end web designer (programming experience not required)
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience in handing off assets to developers
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing stunning examples of graphic and web design work
• Ability to wireframe and prototype web designs effectively
• Passion for digital design and the business of creativity
• Excellent eye for typography, branding, print, and conceptualization
• Strong copywriting skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of traditional printing techniques is a plus
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized workflow
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to create visually compelling front-end website designs
• Design, conceptualize, and deliver high-quality branding assets, including logos, environmental graphics, and brand collateral
• Develop clear, timely design solutions that incorporate client feedback and adhere to project deadlines and constraints
• Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
• Translate ideas into engaging visual content across various marketing platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects
• Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality
• Assist in preparing assets for print and digital distribution
