About The Role We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Associate specializing in LinkedIn to join our team. In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our presence on LinkedIn by engaging with relevant groups, individuals, and companies. Your role will involve identifying target audiences, staying abreast of the latest platform trends, and utilizing insights to foster meaningful interactions that align with our client journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media dynamics, a knack for engaging content, and the ability to think strategically about audience engagement. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or marketing roles
- Experience working with LinkedIn advertising and organic content strategies
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform features, trends, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with a passion for engaging storytelling
Responsibilities
- Identify and target the appropriate audience on LinkedIn to maximize engagement
- Stay current with the latest LinkedIn advertising options, features, and trends
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn insights to identify key groups and individuals for interaction
- Engage authentically with audiences through comments, messages, and group participation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall client goals
- Create and curate relevant content that resonates with the professional community
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
