ViB is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead digital marketing and demand generation across the company. This role is responsible for driving inbound demand, accelerating pipeline creation, and building scalable marketing systems that support both company growth and client program fulfillment. This role is a player coach role where we are looking for someone that comes with a strong Digital Marketing background themselves.
This role has two core mandates:
Corporate Marketing (ViB Tech)
Driving demand, awareness, and pipeline for ViB’s services and acquiring new customers.
Community & Fulfillment Marketing (ViB Community)
Growing and activating the ViB Community to support client campaigns and ensure strong program delivery.
This is a highly metrics-driven leadership role focused on scalable digital acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Overall demand generation & pipeline:
- Own and deliver marketing-sourced lead, pipeline, and conversion targets
- Drive web inbound lead volume and qualified opportunities
- Build scalable digital demand generation programs across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle channels
- Develop funnel strategy from visitor → lead → opportunity
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize lead qualification, routing, and conversion
Lead marketing efforts focused on acquiring and expanding ViB customers:
- Website strategy, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Paid acquisition programs (search, social, retargeting)
- Content marketing and thought leadership
- Product and solution marketing
- Marketing automation and lifecycle programs
- Sales enablement and pipeline acceleration
- Brand and positioning in the B2B demand generation market
Community growth & fulfillment marketing:
- Support the growth and activation of the ViB Community, which powers client programs and demand generation fulfillment.
- Grow the ViB Community membership and engagement
- Develop acquisition programs to recruit technology professionals
- Optimize conversion into community programs (webinars, research, appointments, syndication, etc.)
- Improve community segmentation, data quality, and targeting
- Partner with operations and client success to ensure program delivery scale and quality
Growth infrastructure:
- Own marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
- Build dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and pipeline
- Implement experimentation frameworks for growth
- Improve attribution and ROI measurement across channels
- Drive marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns
Team leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across events, operations and product/content marketing, as well as a team of full-time equivalent contractors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with: Sales, Customer success & Operations
- Develop a culture of experimentation, accountability, and revenue ownership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience ideally in B2B SaaS, demand generation, or marketing services
- Proven track record delivering pipeline targets
- Deep experience with digital acquisition and inbound marketing
- Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset
- Experience managing marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling inbound funnels
