About The Role The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. This role is pivotal in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns across various paid media channels. The manager will focus on enhancing omni-channel performance through strategic collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams. Responsibilities include campaign management across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Snapchat, as well as overseeing creative projects and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a passion for digital marketing innovation, and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance continuously. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by leveraging digital channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management, preferably across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for the rapidly growing business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative mindset with resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, traffic, and implement campaigns across digital advertising channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Snapchat.
  • Collaborate with Creative, International, Brand, and Retail teams to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with agency partners on day-to-day execution needs such as creative assets and UTM tagging.
  • Partner with department leadership and external agencies to improve paid media performance through testing, audience segmentation, and platform optimizations.
  • Oversee creative projects like Project Cyclone and Sapphire by working with creative teams to strategize and provide feedback on ad concepts.
  • Monitor and communicate stock updates with the performance media team to ensure campaign accuracy.
  • Manage the TikTok Shop program to increase GMV by working closely with organic, Amazon, and affiliate teams.
  • Share insights and learnings with cross-functional teams to drive results across channels.
  • Identify opportunities for international growth while maintaining operational efficiencies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with platform partners and external vendors, negotiating CPMs and budgets for new initiatives.
  • Stay informed about platform trends, new features, and product offerings to leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Assess and recommend new strategies to improve process efficiencies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the marketing team’s objectives.
