VP Growth / Performance Marketing Leader | DTC Apparel & Performance Brand

A high-growth DTC apparel and performance brand is entering its next phase of global scale and is seeking a VP Growth / Performance Marketing Leader to own and evolve its performance marketing engine.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven DTC operator who can take an already successful growth system and scale it further through sharper execution, stronger creative alignment, and full-funnel optimisation.

You’ll be responsible for driving performance across paid media, creative, and conversion - ensuring all three operate as a single, high-output growth system.

The Role

You will own the full performance marketing engine across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, with responsibility for scaling acquisition efficiency and revenue growth across a high-velocity Shopify-based business.

You will work closely with ecommerce and creative teams to turn performance insights into rapid iteration across ads, landing pages, and product launches.

This is a hands-on VP role at the centre of a scaling DTC organisation, where speed, clarity, and commercial impact matter.

What you’ll own

  • Full ownership of paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • End-to-end funnel performance (acquisition → onsite → conversion → retention)
  • Creative performance system (hooks, messaging, testing, iteration loops)
  • CRO and onsite conversion optimisation with ecommerce
  • Product launch performance across paid and lifecycle channels
  • Leadership of the growth function and alignment with ecommerce execution

What we’re looking for

  • 8–15+ years in high-growth DTC / Shopify-based businesses
  • Proven experience scaling 9-figure+ revenue brands
  • Deep ownership of Meta, Google, TikTok performance marketing
  • Strong full-funnel experience (acquisition, CRO, retention integration)
  • Experience leading cross-functional growth teams
  • Background in apparel, fitness, supplements, or similar performance-led categories
